Worst service ever! Poor pups!
I honestly have no idea what the negative reviews are for. I've been bringing my multiple cats in for a few years now, and Dr. Adulami and staff have been nothing but caring and understanding and have never tried to sell me anything but what was necessary. Personally, I think a lot of negative reviews are from people who can't look objectively at the situation.
We just started using Smiling Pets as our dogs were old and having problems. With large, sick dogs the mobile clinic is very convenient as they came to our home to treat the pets and ultimately to put them to sleep. From the receptionist to the vet and his assistant, we found them all to be very helpful, understanding and compassionate and will use them for all our pets in the future. Not once did they seem to insist on any additional tests, prices are comparable to others.
The doctor killed my pet inside the mobile truck by pushing too hard in to his organs. The mobile truck doesn't have medical equipment, or prepare for any emergency. My pet died in front of our eyes, Very dangerous! Be careful. !!!!
