Very disappointing with everything about this clinic. Vet seemed to really not care about my dog and tried selling me pills at triple the price. Was able to find them elsewhere at a MUCH cheaper price. It is so sad that this is going on and there's very few vets that actually love animals and do it for the love of animals. Stay away from this place.

A nice facility, larger than it looks. Nice parking in rear. Clean and friendly staff. That said, I'll get to the point. Our doggy experienced difficulties after Irma which was diagnosed requiring surgery. Pet Emergency did a good job with the diagnose, but to save our doggy, the cost was quoted exceptionally high. We desperately wanted to save our doggy, but couldn't afford the price. It was like buying a new car. Luckily, with some good advice from Davie Veterinary, we found St Francis Emergency Animal Hospital in Pembroke Pines. They saved our doggy for a fraction of the cost. No one can question the love you have for your animals, but please dont let your emotions be taken advantage of. Get a second opinion & quote if you have the chance. 1 star for nice & friendly facility; another for correct diagnose. That's it.

Great staff who really care for their patients. We took my ferret there when we noticed she was very lethargic, they are also one of the only places who are open 24 hours and will work with ferrets. They referred us to a specialist just next door and both doctors put their heart and soul into saving my ferret Minnie. We were there multiple times during the week as her condition worsened and they treated us like family. Unfortunately, my Minnie passed away from a virus that she could no longer fight-off. The doctors here even tried to give her CPR and were very respectful and caring when she passed. They even mailed a hand-written sympathy card to our house the week of her passing. I am forever grateful that the doctors and nurses here tried everything they could to save my sweet ferret. I would highly recommend taking your pets here for any emergency you may have.

They were very professional, nice, and informative. Which Is hard to find in Miami. They kept me informed on the status of my pup as she was undergoing a special procedure and being held there for a few hours. They are a bit expensive but worth it if your pet has a special situation. I felt my pup was in safe hands.

Very professional and caring. Unlike other 24 hour emergency centers, they really wanted to be there and to care for our situation. Very happy with the service and follow-up.
