Siempre contestan los emails de inmediato y cuando he visitado el consulado me han atendido eficientemente y el tiempo de espera no ha sido largo. Lo único malo es el horario de atención para los que trabajamos durante el día es bastante incómodo, pero bueno no está tan mal.
Not enough parking space, the office is so dirty and dingy...no one knows anything for sure. Inaccurate info and bad customer service. And yes I'm a CR citizen.
Parking is terrible.. Service even worse. Seems like pulling teeth to get info and even worse to get things done.. I dread every time I have to go.
Parked with no problems, it was practically empty when I entered so I didn't spend more than 30 min renewing my ID. Good service.
