I called and wasn't even put on hold, answered my question in a great manner.
The consulate has extremely poor communication with the general public. Case in point, there wasn't any update to their hours of service on Thursday, May 26th outside of a paper notice outside the consulates door. So you had to travel on a weekday, maybe take time away from your job to get there and see the note. Should have been listed this information on their website. Also called that same week to confirm information and nobody provided this update of this closing schedule. BTW that's if they pick up the phone at all!
I had a great experience everyone was very nice. Juan assist me and he was great, I also meet Mr. Santana great also. The are really doing a great job.
After reading all the negative reviews I was skeptical of how my experience would be.
I tried to call all morning more the 30 times nobody answer the worse customer service ever
I was given a page that is no help to anyone that needs to file for a recidense!
