They is suppose to help us,but they don't

First of all, it was a miracle by God that my friend got his passport same day. Early Tuesday morning my friend's passport got stolen from our car. Our flight back to Nashville left that evening. After waiting for the cops and driving downtown to the consulate we barely made it before they closed ( 30 mins before they closed). We were greeted by Guadalupe and my friend explained to her what happened. She was super nice and was eager to help him get a new passport. She gave him instructions to fill out the forms and everything needed for a new passport. She delegated the ladies at the front window to have paper work ready and pictures to take. Graciela took the photo for my friend and Sandra helped him fill out the paperwork. When I say it was a miracle by God I mean it. He got his new passport less then 20 mins! We made our flight back home and I thank all the staff at the MEXICAN CONSULATE OF MIAMI a huge thank you! Keep up the hard work.

Like everyone said; these people aren't much help.... They'd rather see you drown before they give a helping hand.

I needed to renew my Mexican passport. Didn't take long and got it within less than an hour.

Horrible woman! I'm an American, from Spanish roots. I drove my friend all the way down to Miami down from West Palm. Guess what? A waste of time. There's a short light skin Mexican woman in the front desk to the right when entering. She is really rude, and told me to speak Spanish. This is America, lady! She insulted me, and then called security and made a bunch of BS lies. All I asked was, what is wrong, and why can't my friend renew his student passport? I mean seriously... This woman is a douche , and should get fired. She thinks because she has a small position she can do whatever she wants?! Well NO!. This is America, not Mexico, you can't treat people however you want. I kind of wish I got her name... Worst of all. She said if I don't like her attitude, I can go back to Mexico...I mean... jeez lady. I don't even look like anyone that was in the waiting room, I just wanted my friend to get his passport renew, was that too much to ask for? And I'm not even Mexican, I'm American, with European ancestry...
