It was very difficult finding the consulate building as they cannot display a sign or the flag because of the building's policy. It is loccated in the chase building, The staff is polite and helpful unlike the NYC location.
Not enough attention and takes hours to complete a simple job. They don't really pay attention to people
Terrible!... They tell you to go online and check the webpage for the answers instead of answering your simple question. You can't always find the answers to your questions online all the time since everybody is in different situations. These people must quickly adopt working schedule and conditions in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and stop working like they are in Republic of Turkey.
My daughter needed a temporary Turkish Passport. We had to fly there from different location. The staff was very helpful and very polite Excellent Customer Service!! They made us feel like we're in Turkey.
