Yes no one picks up the phone. I've been trying to reach the embassy to get some information on my visa to see if they can help me, and there answer real quick is going to the wed packages and file. So I call to get help and that's what they say. And then real quick they hang up.
Doesn't get any worse than this. Forget bad service, how's no service at all? Drove 5 hours a few days ago just to find out their computer system was down. They passed the blame on Comcast. They took down our telephone number and said they'd call us when they were back up. Never did. Before we were kicked out, they also said to try again later. We drove around Miami 3 hours and came back. Doors were locked, even though it was only 12:30. Haven't heard a peep from them since. And forget the telephone numbers. They DO NOT work! Doesn't matter which extension you choose, voicemail is always "full". Talk about amateurs! Can't get a hold of them to see if we should drive there again and pay for another hotel....just take a gamble, like it's a casino game.....Oh, and they don't take appointments, period. The staff acts nice in your face, but otherwise, it's useless service. I guess that "nice in person" part deserves 1 star.......
Well organized and good level of customer service, make sure you bring your passport, POA's in a thumb drive, staff is very courteous, professional and accommodating.
Customer Service is the worst I have ever witnessed. They have plenty of phones and no one knows how to answer it. The person we dealt with said that they are consistently answering calls and that's why we couldn't get through, so we made a test call to see if it rang while we were here since we saw that NO ONE was on the lines, and the phones didn't even ring, they have them immediately forwarded to a FULL voicemail. So the only way is to come and deal with the frustrations face to face. For anyone reading this: they only accept cash. We are in 2017 and they don't take any other form of payment. 4 hour drive because this is the closest consulate and im very disappointed. This agency needs a staff change immediately.
The website is confusing. They NEVER answer the phone or apparently read these reviews that ALL say the same thing!
