My wife snapped her house key on the door. I removed the lock and took it to Ace to see if it could find a replacement piece but the associate who made me the spare wanted to try and remove the broken key. He eventually managed to get the piece free and I was able to reassemble the door lock without issue. He really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.
I would put a zero star if I could, I called to find out if they had a item in stock and the person that answer told me yes they do have it in different style, I show up and they have none. wasted my time
Went last Sunday for a paint, and no employees around, i have to find someone to help me, but my surprise was the bad attitude of the little man. First and last time that spend my money on a place that won't respect customers. Be aware!!
