It was my 1st time visiting this location while preparing for hurricane Irma and I must say this store even though small, ran like a fine toned machine. Ronnie the owner was right there being the most friendly person EVER!! He was ever so helpful and nice even during the most stressful time. This is going to be my new spot to go. Don't let the size fool you..they have everything you need.
Second, he does not give written estimate which is poor practice for a corporation and bills you for rental equipment when it is his own equipment.
Five: Thinks of himself as an inspector and will tell you all the things that are wrong about your house (which you already know) Just to be honest!!!!
Third: He increased the amount of work by having a "helper" enlarge the area of work.

Four: Never did he try to have a friendly approach to the issue, but made it worse by having a collection agency (a helper) after 5 days of non-payment and threatens to put a lien against your house.
DON'T HIRE THIS GUY IF YOU DON'T WANT PROBLEMS.
He has 3 stars everywhere else except on Google! His 5 stars must be from friends.
Local customer always come to this store until recently I bought an item and spoke to the manager this very nice lady which told me I can return it no problem if it was the wrong piece. I came back to return it and she told me the store owner has to be here. My chance to catch him in the store is 30 minute window from 8:30 to 9 am. Surely won’t be coming back after this.
Great place to buy all your needs from a home owners pint of view. Will never go to Home Depot or Lowe's again unless I need 300 bags of cement. I rather make sure my money goes to Ronnie's Hardware Store. Great experience phenomenal service.
