At Home Depot I get help right away all the time and customer service always helps. Their staffing is correct whereas Lowe’s is seriously under staffed and mis-managed.
These people can't get anything right for example, store pickup, paint mixing or delivery, they lost our purchased products several times no matter the size of the order. Two managers plus other staff failed to do what they said they would to fix specific situations (will not go in detail, would be to much to type).
My on line order was never filled and the customer service agent could not get anyone to help her. I finished up filling my order myself. The customer service agent said yhat when the manager is not around she cannot get anyone to respond to her page.
On three occasions I tried to shop so Lowe’s in Kendall
The prices between Home Depot and Lowe’s are comparable so the lack of payroll cost is not reflected in Lowe’s pricing.
The third time and my last time the line was out the door at Customer service and one of the customer service agents was on the phone for a very long time.
A lot of our time was wasted with these company yet they fixed nothing.
I have to agree with many other reviewers. This location and this company consistently delivers poor customer service. I have received 3 emails about delivery of a vanity & each of those days no one showed up at my home. This was after me calling the store & online customer service several times and complaining. Finally a store manager, who likely didn’t graduate high school, called me to tell me my vanity was definitely there. I send my handyman over to pick it up (after Lowe’s blames their delivery 3rd party for lack of deliveries). He’s told it’s not there!!! Thanks for wasting my time, his time & my money for paying him. You’re company is absolutely terrible from top to bottom.

THIS PLACE IS A MESS.
Not the best Lowe’s store in Miami. Very clean and organized so it makes it easier to find what I’m looking for. Although the associates are friendly and great multitaskers (helped me and other people that come up to them for questions at the same time) I must admit it’s not the best shopping experience. I’ve gone early on a weekday and in the middle of a Sunday rush and both times there were never enough people on the floor. As someone that knows what it’s like to work a customer service job I can assure you this is all due to poor management. The associates are clearly overworked and therefore unable to give their 100% under the stressful conditions of having to do different jobs at a time. And kudos to those that can still go out of their way for customers with a smile on their face while keeping a friendly manner. Seriously Lowe’s, do something about your lazy managers and improve your customer service!
My family and I have decided that after several bad experiences throughout the years we will not give Lowe's, specially this location one more chance.
Had a wonderful experience because of Mr. Jacques, at the bathroom accessories department. He answered all of our questions, looked for the merchandise we needed, had at lot of patience even when interrupted by other customers. I recommend him as a great salesperson.
