Alright, so first of all I would like to address how disorganized this Park N Fly is, I had to address an issue with one of the drivers who was constantly on his phone, when I please told him to focus on the road because I had my 4 year old daughter with me, he simply brushed it off saying "no English sorry" I saw his name tag Lermit. I then asked to speak to the manager not to be rude but for the safety of the passengers, there was this young short man, by the attitude I would've understood if he was no more than 20 years old. I don't remember his name but he stated he was the assistant manager. More of the point, he didn't know how to address my issue, when I let him know about the driver constantly being on his phone, he didn't provide me with his undivided attention, he stated he will try his best to not let it happen and walked away and stated to please remember the drivers work with tip! As if I owe the man something, to finish it off he starts arguing with some young lady who was in another sort of uniform, with a Black shirt, right in front of where my family and I where, along with others are retrieving our vehicles! I normally do not write such long reviews but this concerns me it was by far the rudest thing I've encountered. A terrible dismiss of my reason and on top terrible assistant manager-customer dialog. A place who doesn't value customers is just a shame. Never to go here again!
Worst experience ever!! Had to deal with a "assistant" manager about my car not being washed and still getting charged ! I could not believe the wait and the terrible customer service Bryan had towards me, they need to get him washing cars instead of charging customers for jobs not being done. He had no respect towards my complain, telling me as if I did not know what I was talking about and to prove to him my car wasn't clean?!?! What year is this, that we can't handle matters with responsibility, and who left this guy in charge? I prefer overpaying in the airport than dealing with someone who can't handle customer service!!!! DESPICABLE.
Safe lot for airport parking at reasonable prices! Use them regularly and never a long wait for the shuttle and always efficient and welcoming service.
Parking for five hours is more expensive than parking for the whole day! I had a surprise when I paid my bill and I got charged $27 for one day and five hours! When I asked for the details of that price, one of the associates explained it to me in a relaxed way, but the other one got Rude when explaining that I was charged three dollars per hour. Last time that I use this service! It was more expensive than parking at the airport's parking lot !
Excellent door to door service and customer service. Car was ready and waiting upon my arrival. Most definitely would use again and refer to others.
