I was uncomfortable the day I arrived to park my car when I saw the cars parked with barely enough space between them to open a door; but, I had booked in advance &, of course, needed to get to the airport for my departing flight.
If there was a tab that said AWFUL, then that's what I would click. This company is so unprofessiona. They rented us the worse cars. Made noises, had not break lights, the transmission made crackly noises. To make matters worse, they didn't even fill up the cars because they had no money to do so!! We emailed so many times and no help was provided. Then, they said they had no service to Orlando, which they never communicated to us...... Above all, the staff is so rude. The lady that works there screamed at us when we arrived to return the cars and the owner had de audacity to email me after the fact complaining about how we where at fault and to never rent from them again........ TERRIBLE! DON'T GO THERE!!! you're better off paying a bit more on a larger company than to give them your business.

Great cars at excellent prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Total is my Number 1 choice for a car in Miami. I have rented cars from them 4 times already and they always exceed my expectations.
I'm really giving this place zero stars..Worst experience i have ever had, i made a reservation for minivan for six people 2 weeks ahead of time and then when i called before picking it up the day i arrived, a very rude lady told me they did not have a car for me. Obviously i got upset & she says " oh well, its not like you paid anything up front", ( mind you the website gives no option to prepay) i then had to rent at another place & since it was so last minute ended up paying almost 200 for 1 day. I will make sure no one i know rents from this horrible rental place, ruined my mini vacation, & they will probably ruin many more!
Horrible service, rented a Porsche that had all the warning service lights on, got on the highway almost got into a wreck because of two worn out rear tires that deflated within 10 minutes of leaving Ventura llc Storage lot, The vehicles are not maintenance and are a safety hazard, did not refund or provide me with different rental vehicle, had to fight for my deposit, which took two months to get back, I strongly suggest to avoid doing business with this company.
At this point, all I can say is this place is bad news!
