truly a terrible experience if i could give it 0 stars i would, they took too long to pick us up and then once we finally got picked up and dropped off to get our car back it took an extremely long time with rude employees. this was the worst car service i have ever had. do yourself a favor and don't bother going to this place
Took good care of the car. Did a good job dropping us off and picking us up from the airport. I'm not sure why busines is so adamant about tipping, so make sure you go some loose change. Make sure you record and mark all your dials on the dashboard before you go...just as a precaution in any situation when someone else is handling your vehicle.

This is the second time we have used the Premier Parking garage near the Miami cruise docks. The garage is easy to find just a couple blocks off a freeway. The shuttle service is prompt and courteous. We will use them again when sailing out of Miami.
