Awful experience at the Miami lot and would also rate it zero if I could. It took over 30 minutes to drop off my vehicle and get to the shuttle to port. After the cruise, the shuttle was readily available so I was hoping for a better return experience. I was wrong, it took over 90 minutes to get my car back. First the staff had trouble locating it. Then it was blocked in and they could not find the keys for the vehicle blockIng it. Had to call the police department to get them to move on getting my vehicle. Completely disorganized and will not use again. The worse part was they had no empathy or customer service.
The shuttle to and from the cruise ship was efficient and timely so would have ranked them a 4 star; however, our truck was COVERED with bird poop as was every car in the lot. We were not aware that our vehicle would be parked in a different lot from the one where we initially left it. This lot was located under the interstate where obviously it was home to many birds.
We were very happy with the parking and shuttle service to the ship. It went very smoothly. We had made reservations ahead of time, we parked quickly, boarded the shuttle, and was delivered to the ship within a very short amount of time. We also were picked up and brought back to the ship with no problems. We did not ask where to go when we disembarked the ship to catch the shuttle (it is a little hectic), but went to where we were dropped off, and there they were. We were pleased with the whole experience
Good experience. They treat you well and care about their business. The crowds are chaotic. The shuttle was there before I was able to take off my backpack and my car was safe and sound.
Great parking solution for the price. Friendly staff and drivers make unloading and shuttling to the port quick and easy. Called the company after we arrived back from the cruise and had a shuttle in about 20 mins. Will use them again.
