Needed a specific metric screw and the guy spent 20 minutes helping me. You won't find that at the big stores. And better prices.
Sorry, but unfortunately these guys don't know too much. I called and asked if they had kreg pocket screws and the guy, who barely spoke English, told me yes. Made me drive all the way over there to find out the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Searched for a while and ended up not having. Wasted my time.
They have the worse costumer services in town , I bought a bag of cable ties , when I got home a realize that I was the wrong size and I comeback to the store in 30 minutes and the told me that they can not return my money because the bag was open , how can I know if it is the wrong size if I do not open the bag. They sale everything more expensive that Home Depot that is 5 minutes away . I definitely no comeback to buy nothing from them
