If possible will give a 0. There is no words to describe the incompetence I have had experience for a 2nd time. I'm still setting in here right now at 11:15pm since 6:23pm that I got here. All they have done is an actual CT scan. The day it will be one more hr until the results. But they also said here in there web page that the estimated wait time in a Emergency visit is an he and I'm still here after 6 hrs with nothing done but a 15min CT scan.. Unless there is no other hospital in the word I will be back...
I am not planning to come back at least for a while, hopefully gets better.
I'll be looking for another hospital. Very desappointed:(
I used to really like Baptist Hospital, I called the Baptist Hotel. I had a very serious surgery couple years ago and wow, what a great service, amazing nurses.
As I arrived to the hospital they had a great staff and they assisted us wonderfully. They then transferred us into another room, and made us wait for approximately two hours, the staff also gave us poor assistance as they arrived. Then they transferred us to yet again “another” room, which was when we actually received good service/assistance. At the end the patient was treated well and we had a great “overnight” stay

It's a great hospital that helped me out in the hardest of times but it is very expensive. Staff was friendly and the outside walk is nice.
Best experiences ever!!! I just have my second son there as well and the place is even better now than with my first son. The nurses are amazing. They make u fell like family. They are always happy and ready to help. They are very knowledgeable and they always explain to you every procedure. The rooms are nice. My husband had a sofa bed to sleep blankets and pillows. The bathroom is nice. The food is very well too. Overall it was a great experience
Right now, I am at the hospital as an ER patient.. How sad is to be here, most of the staff treats you like one more patient, like a thing. They're not nice, not respectful.
