I absolutely love Dr Estrada. Very caring, very thorough with her eye exams. My whole family goes to her. If you are searching for an optometrist look no further! She's just the best. Nothing but high praise for her practice. The office staff are also exceptional individuals. Made me feel right at home.
Dr. Estrada is by far the best optometrist I have ever been to. She is very thorough in her exams and explains everything she is showing you. Not only is the doctor amazing but the staff who works with her are all wonderful. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a great optometrist and wonderful office environment to go to Family Eye Health!
Dr. Estrada is absolutely very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I can say the same thing about the front desk staff. Unfortunately the store manager Ms Heidi is a lot to be desire, she seems to be always on the defensive when ask billing questions and provides you with answers suited for a 2 year old. It is really ashamed that she calls herself a manager.
Dr. Estrada is one of the best doctors I have ever been to! She is kind, professional and truly cares about her patients. I actually look forward to making appointments! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The office runs efficiently but it doesn't take away from the quality of care. I recommend Dr. Estrada to all my friends and family!
The staff is wonderful, always very polite and helpful. The doctors and assistants are top class. Dr. Ivana Estrada is wonderful Very patient and explains everything perfectly step by step as she does each part of the check up. She gives you the reasons why and why you should not use a specific type of lens vs. another type. I would recommend this place to anyone. My whole family visits here.
