Excellent staff, and Doctors. My father in law had a brain surgery here, and I feel grateful that was here. they show kindness and respect for him all the time
Here for the baby shower and came from a few hours drive only to tell me its canceled. The manager even called to confirm my appointment. We here and all they're saying is sorry but you should have your child here. NEVER!!!!
TERRIBLE absolutely terrible!!! I rate one star JUST so I can post this review. Unless it is a life or death situation do not come to this hospital. To begin with they're understaffed, the same phlebotomist is the person checking in ER patient. Have been in the hospital since 3:34PM (currently 9:35PM) waiting for a room. Not a nurse much less a doctor has came to ask my mom how is she doing, she nearly fainted and they don't see her case as "priority". The staff is unprofessional. I'm appalled this hospital still has its license to practice. Terrible service, had I known, I would've driven the extra 4 miles to Kendall Baptist Hospital. 6 hours in a waiting room is absolutely ridiculous. I understand hospitals can be packed but that's why they are hospitals and should be prepared with the proper amount of room and most importantly staff. Maybe if the staff was more attentive I would not feel as angry and upset.
Terrible customer service. Staff is unprofessional. These people are supposed to be taking care of others and they look unhealthy themselves. I had to go to emergency care tonight. After 3.25 hours sitting in the lobby being told they were short staffed even though others were being cared for I left. I am still sick. I had registered with these fools and No One wondered where a sick person went. I will check to make sure they did not bill my insurance. That they were quick to get. I am so angry that people with this unprofessionalism are getting a professional salary. I will not go there again.
Fantastic service from the moment somebody picked up the phone to being discharged. I came from being dismissed at another hospital to being treated by a very friendly staff at every turn in a timely fashion and by a knowledgeable doctor and resident. They went above and beyond and were able to get an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon the same day. Thank you Dr. Scott and Dr. Navarro and the nurses
