I purchased a 5 piece leather sectional couch 2 years ago from the store on Bird Rd. I was excited for the couch. However after only 2 years of very minimal use (I work a lot) the couch is deteriorating. The seams are ripping, cushions (that are sewn on) are deformed. Springs are creaking and deformed. The leather is ripping in random places that no one even sits on! I have had couches for 5 plus years with much heavier use that don't show as much wear and tear this one is showing. It is a poorly made product that the store has actually since stopped selling due to its lack of quality (the customer service rep from their main offic told me). I called the store to see what options I had since I didn't purchase the extended warranty since I thought I was buying a quality product. The "store manager" said she could give me approx 300 dollars back as a store credit. As if I would actually want another product from their store. Overall horrible customer service, poor quality products and rude store managers. I would not recommend getting any furniture from this company.
DO NOT TRUST ROY! If you get him as your sales person ask for someone else! He will not tell you about any sales, he is not there to help out his customers. Very disappointed with his customer service. Typical scummy sales person. The staff from Acceptance Now are the ones that helped me and I will forever be grateful that Miriel was transparent with the process and saved me hundreds on my purchase. The only reason i will go back is because of her. Again, stay away from Roy!
Terrible quality of furniture and terrible warranty. Leather completely pealing from loveseat as if we bought the furniture used. Called to get it fixed and they told us that the pieces are "unserviceable". So I paid warranty to have peace of mind and then to find out that I receive no service?!!! My sectional in the living room the leather is also cracked, and again with accidental coverage and nothing that American signature can do to fix it. The king size bed frame has the drawers that get stuck and they also can't fix it. The mattress squeaks just from sitting on it and wakes our newborn. This is terrible that we decided to furnish our home with American Signature and everything breaks all at once. They sell very poor quality. Do not waist your money unless you like to refurnish your home often.
This store is not trustworthy. I been getting false information and wrong pick up schedule twice. I do not recommend the store or the service. They need to pick up their game. In the past this used to be the best selection. Not anymore. Wasting time really pisses me off and this people really don't care. Very sad.
The quality of my 2 piece ventura sectional is extremely poor. I purchased this couch 2 months ago for $1,491.24 and the two arm rests have already caved in. When I called for repair, the repair man showed up 2 weeks later and had the audacity to say that he had to come back 3 weeks later to stuff the arm rests WITH CARDBOARD. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the furniture from American Signature Furniture. I can not believe anyone would ever shop at American Signature Furniture after reading this review. The customer service at the showroom on bird road is subpar. I am perplexed at how I buy a sectional and 2 months later is breaks and then to be told that I have to wait a total of 5 weeks for a repair consisting of stuffing my arm rests with cardboard. I am only listing 1 star on this review because 0 stars in not an option.
