Bought a couch there 4 months ago. Promised no interest for 60 months if I opened a charge account with them (Synchrony Bank), so I did, Within 3 days of opening the account, my identify was stolen and my account was charged for a $3,000 purchase made at a RTG in another FL city. A purchase I did not make. When I tried to settle this fiasco 2 months with Synchrony Bank, I found out that I am being charged 30% interest on my original loan. The bank said the store did not apply the special no interest incentive to my loan! After months of dealing with RTG this matter has not been corrected. I was lied to, my identity was stolen. No apology. Rude customer service. Wish I never had bought that couch. Don't let this happen to you. Avoid the Dadeland Rooms To Go.
Customer service representative were very rude and oblivious to our needs. They expect customers to accommodate to their time. Costumer representative called me "little brat" after I complained about their services.

Everything is looks like great quality. We got a large couch and its been great. It's a lot more expensive then other stores. Sales peope as soon as you come in is a headache.
Domingo, gave me excellent customer service and was patient through my selection. He explained the various options thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently. I can't wait to get my new sofa and furniture for my new entertainment room. I definitely recommend Domingo, he is an excellent sales person.
Horrible service. Would never return! Asked to to a store manager which refused to take the time to take my call. Jesus Orta the manager had the secretary rush me off the phone and refer me to customer service which they explained to me my issue would have to be handled by the store manager. So now I’m stuck because Jesus Orta refuses to talk to customers! Very bad service!! Buy mind you when you’re in the store they stalk you like piranhas to take your money!! Buy your furniture somewhere else! Next time I’ll drive a little further and go to city furniture!
