Milly Santana has been my sales person for many years. She provides outstanding customer service and she is very familiar with the products that she sells. I’m super happy with the couch and rug I recently purchased. The whole transaction was seamless from walking into the store, financing and delivery. Salespeople very knowledgeable, patient, helpful. Deliverymen exceptionally so, even after an unusually long day of work -- and my delivery was not the last! They were smiling, courteous, very careful. This is my second experience at City Furniture, and both of them were good. City has a fine selection of nicely priced furniture that fits a more modest budget than some of the more "quality"-oriented stores, which simply means much more money and snobby salespeople. My salesman, Felipe Ospina, went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted at a good price. Highly recommended.
I haven't received my furniture yet as I just bought it today, so will update with delivery experience later. As far as the customer service in the store it's awesome! We were taken care of by Chris. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. He helped us out without making us feel pressured or watched. We initially had purchased furniture from American Signature, but after reading a ton of terrible reviews about the quality of the furniture we decided to return everything we bought and went here the following day. I'm so glad we did. The pieces here are super good quality and very modern. Chris was also very professional, whereas in American Signature the staff was not so much. We loved the simple lines and the great selection they had here. They had 60 months financing with 2.14% apr for the Columbus day sale, but we went with 36 months financing no interest instead. It's honestly well priced the pieces. They have a good mix of high end and affordable pieces. Overall a great experience!
I love City Furniture Dadeland. I came into the store after feeling a little stressed from my online order being cancelled. As soon as my sister and I walked in we were immediately greeted by Mily Santana. We automatically felt welcomed. I told her the problem I was having online and she was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We were so pleased with her services. We went home feeling complete.
