I am not one to write reviews, but after a very disappointing experience with another big named furniture store I was glad to find Big Box Furniture on Google. Steven and his team had me walking out with some amazing pieces and the discounts given to me were lower than the lowest price advertised. I received my bedroom set and wall unit today. This is a small business so you can tell from the moment you walk in the door they definitely want and earn your trust and business. Everything is transparent and delivery done when they said it would be done. I would definitely recommend Big Box Furniture. Ask for Steven and tell him Curtis sent you.
Great place to purchase furniture from. Steve is great and provides personalized service. He works with you price wise and tries to meet your schedule delivery wise. Speaking of delivery, he, unlike the utilities companies, delivers on time. He doesn't keep you hanging all day before his delivery men show up. So far, in my experience with him, they have always been ahead of schedule, even arriving to my house one time before I got there from work, because they were 30 minutes early. Better yet, quality is never an issue with Steve and Big Box. It's definitely a place to try; the prices are beyond amazing.
Great selection with great prices! I purchased a lovely sleeper sofa and have been very pleased with it. Steve is very nice and helpful and the delivery crew was great as well. They showed up early, assembled the two pieces very quickly and cleaned up the wrapping materials before heading out! I would definitely purchase from Big Box in the future.
Stumbled across this store and I'm so happy I did. Steve took great care of me. Treated me as though I was his most important customer. Their prices were great and they delivered to the keys. I received my order today and it's beautiful!!! The pictures were pretty but in person it exceeded my expectations. I will be a customer for life. I recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture that is affordable.
