I went to el dorado yesterday to buy a sectional recliner for my living room they have beautiful furniture. Liudmila Sanchez the sales person was awesome she was very nice I think she could probably be an interior designer if she wanted to at the end I felt so bad about her because el dorado had a 10% discount online and not at the store I ask her for the discount and she said she was unable to give it to me as it was online only and after she did all the work we were there until 10:30 pm I felt so bad about her but I ended up buying online. i think is very disrespectful of El Dorado to put their employees and customers in that position. I have bought all my furniture there the one for my Dental office as well as my home but if this happens again in the future I will take my business elsewhere. I rated with five stars because Liudmila did a great job but to put their employees to compete with online is just not right....
I have been to El Dorado before to buy furniture for my house. This time I went to buy patio furniture and asked specifically for Odelia Rodriguez who always helps me. The options for patio furniture are beautiful. Great quality and the payment options are a life saver! Definitely recommend!
