Their attitude and lack of effort to resolve anything is incredible. This order was $17,000 you'd think they would help you fix a small problem with one item and keep their customer happy.
Good selection of modern furniture with some unique pieces... delivery was great, although the sale person told us the wrong day .. which was a pita to re coordinate with building for elevator use.
Best experience ever! Christian helped me find the right bedroom set and was super helpful in providing options. Also, the bedroom I had initially purchased was going to be delayed and he called immediately to walk me through the options. Very positive experience. I ended up buying a bedroom set that is even nicer and owe it to him.
If you can avoid this store I highly suggest it. While the furniture looks very nice their customer service is one of the worst ever. I spoke to a Mr. Mike Morales and explained to them that I had an issue with a coffee table that was damaged and that I was willing to pay for the replacement part.
Avoid Modani if don't want a headache.
