Bike tech is definitely the place to go to when bike shopping. Their customer service is phenomenal. I worked with Augusto who successfully found the best bike for me. I explained my skill level, my budget, and what my primary use of the bike would be. He was able to match me with a bike that fit my needs perfectly. He didn't try to sell me a bike with all the bells and whistles and a heavy price tag. Instead he put his customer first and guided me to the best bike for me. Purchasing something with little knowledge is often intimidating and overwhelming because of the endless choices. But Augusto talked me through it and educated me with the necessary information to make a decision with confidence. So 2 days later I purchased the bike and the great experience continued. I completed the transaction with Jules at the register who was extremely kind and helpful. While I completed the purchase Augusto had a mechanic review the bike to make sure it was in tip top shape. Now nearly 50 miles in the saddle later I couldn't be happier. I'm already planning on getting a bike for my partner. Thank you for the wonderful help Augusto, and I"ll be back soon!

I just came in to get my tire repaired and left with a new bike for my girlfriend. Ernesto was great. Not only did he bring down the bike from the top rack, he let us take it for a ride and get a feel for it. He took his time with us without rushing the process and let us soak in our new purchase. Jules at the cashier was awesome as well. If I had a question about the purchase or any item on the floor, she was able to direct me and provide me with great tips. Definitely recommend Bike Tech to everyone.
