Wow, this could be a GREAT long review but I will try to be short as possible. All I can say is that I was helped and never sold by Ray, Daniel and Javier! I will also preface by saying that RB is the shop of choice for my brother who had once been a professional cyclist and who still rides 5-7 days a week. So, my bro hooks me up with a sweet (slightly undersized) carbon fiber road bike at a fraction of the original cost so i couldnt pass this deal up. After buying a longer stem which I needed, Ray the owner at RB cycle fitted me perfectly for this bike. He took my measurements, measured body angles and gave me his honest professional assessment and best fit possible. He did all this without trying to sell me a new bike, which he easily could have with their vast selection on Mountain and Road bikes. Eitherway, I appreciated the exellent fitting service and advice that was provided!! He told me what I could expect and what to watch for and that I may need to come back if I was to experience anything out of the ordinary physically which would indictate that I would need a larger bike. Fortunately, the bike has been great, i feel great and I go back to TB Cuclrregularly to discuss my progress, learn about cycling@ and express my gratitude. Trust me, go visit Ray and his team at RB CYCLES. You will not regret it!!
Went in with a flat tire. Tried to sell me a rim. Just wanted a tube. $9 for a tube. No credit sale for under 10. Gladly walked a mile to another bike shop that was happy to sell me a $6 tube and put it on! Will steer clear of this shop.
Went in looking for two folding bicycles and was well educated about the differences between brands and styles. After riding our new bikes, it's clear we were given perfect information from Javier.
Service wise, they have a very experienced team. They know what they are talking about since they try, use, and pass on their experience with equipment and accessories. They have a wide variety of rides for all levels of riders. They carry the best brands and their prices are unbeatable. One important point is that they participate in weekly rides and everyone is invited!!. I would definitely recommend this shop to any one looking for quality in service, attention, and products
