The elder Cuban technician guys are great, but the rest awful.
Customer service is VERY poor, there are always random people that are not customers "store rats" laughing and joking with the manager/owner/workers, while they are advising on products/services to you. NOT PERSONAL AT ALL.
I was given a price for a service and then it went up without them telling me of the changes made.
Family atmosphere! I was very welcomed as soon as I entered. I was quoted an affordable price to replace both tires and explained in detail as to the benefit for the change. I was offered also the opportunity to join the monthly cycling gathering that happens each month. I'm so happy I found this place and know I will be returning again, especially for the critical mass event each month.
