Been here 3 times for simple bike maintenance issues. I thought the customer service issues I was having were isolated but now I see there's clearly a pattern. I will not be be visiting again. Th staff is very reluctant to assist - today all I needed was an Allen key to open up a defective brake part; the guy behind the desk made one attempt, said he couldn't open it, and that was that. He made no other attempts to use different tools, or give me any suggestions. Very nonchalant. I left and went down to Bike Tech on Coral way, where I was greeted warmly, directed to the mechanic, who opened and fixed the part in less than 2 minutes with a smile on his face. Sorry Brickell Bikes. Done with you, and not sending any cycling buddies your way.

I had my bike shipped to them from DC for a Triathlon in Miami. They received the delivery and then built the bike to make sure it was running smoothly. Great customer service and also great bike service.
