Excellent shop : good advices from a knowledgeable and nice guy. Just bought a Stromer ST1 there, and so far I'm the happiest commuter on the streets ! I very highly recommend this place to buy an electric bike.
Dealing with them was awesome ,as they know their business and gave me good advice on what to buy.
They also recently started carrying a gorgeous Cruiser Electric Bicycles by AmericanElectric that does not require a license to drive and are only $1200! i highly recommend them, thank you Balan! :)
False advertising and dishonest.
False advertising and unwilling to honor prices listed in published ads. We showed the employee the ad and he would not honor saying it was a "general" statement. We then asked to speak with the owner. He was called and categorically said No! Regardless of what was stated in the ad.
If this shop is willing to post advertisements and not honor them, I wonder what would happen if I purchase an item from them, have a problem and then try to claim warranty repair or more.

They will spend as much time as it takes to answer your questions and they will leave you alone when you just want to look. I got a great deal on my haibike and the guys even delivered it to my house the same day. Highly recommend.
