Super great, from start to finish! Color me impressed by their superior customer service, especially in Miami--a city infamous for really bad service. Personal shout out to Serge for his expertise and patience while helping us choose some bikes and for Tomas for giving us lending options when our bikes took longer than expected to arrive. These guys definitely know what they're doing and will not steer you wrong. Very obvious that they're all passionate about all things cycling and are not just there to make a quick buck. It's a little far away from where I live, but definitely worth the extra miles if I ever need my bike serviced.
Nice shop with friendly and helpful staff. I stopped in hoping to see the new 2018 BMC Agonist while on a visit to south Florida. They didn't have one built but took the time to pull one out of the box and partially build it so I could see it and get an idea of the geometry. Great bike and great shop... thanks guys

I have been cycling for nearly a decade. This shop is by far the best I have dealt with on all fronts. The owner, Roberio, is a sweet guy who absolutely loves to get people on their bikes, having fun. He has no ulterior motive, other than to give you the best experience on a bike that he can. He has a wide variety and range of bikes and accessories, TONS of cool stuff on the retail floor, and the rides from the shop Sunday morning have a great vibe. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to build a relationship with a retailer that will serve you.

Everything is perfect, the staff is very nice, comprehensive, helpful, professional. They are not pushing for what is more expensive but for what is best for you.

Best bike shop in Miami. Staff is pro level and ready to help you anytime and any question you might raise. Not many options of powermeters, but some are readily available. Great deals if you buy several items. Fully recommend.
