I bought 2 tires there, I did not use them, therefore I tried to returned but he didn't accept it. Also the way he spoke to me was very rude, he came out screaming before he even know what was the situation.
This guy is the rudest person.. he's mean and he talks at you very mean.. I dont recommend anyone to go there.. it's not worth it.. plus there isn't any good bike gear or good bikes... I would give it 0 stars if that was an option! This old man didn't even want to put air in my tires.. he told me to leave somewhere else in a very rude way... DO NOT GO THERE!
He does talk with a serious tone but he is friendly guy.
I ordered a bike online and called his shop if he could assemble if for me - he gladly accepted and had my bike done within 3 hours. Plus, he charged me an extremely fair price; almost half from other shops.
I bought a rack for my Honda Accord and it came defective and had an accident entering the Tropical park, so my bike and my kids' bikes were destroyed. I returned to the store to claime on the rack only and the guy was mean. I wont put a foot in that store never again.
My personal experience with Enrique seems to be very different from the majority of reviews on here....
I have been a customer for many years and the service has been great from the owner to the staff. Enrique has taken care of me many times. I will continue to use this shop and highly recommend.
