I came in, everyone was very helpful. Glen was very knowledgeable and informative. I didn't know anything about riding bikes and now I'm riding over 200 miles a week and I have bought 2 bikes from them. I went in once thinking I needed a new rim and had given the ok to order it, and they are so honest that they told me my rim was repairable. Went from almost spending well over $100 to spending around $20. Thank you all. Thanks Glen.
This store is the BEST bicycle store south of Miami! What makes them the best? The employees that work there are top notch! I purchased a bike, third party. They inspected, packed, shipped and treated it like it's theirs. I was impressed! Thanks guys!
All about customer service. I contacted Marcelo at Elite to acquire a Garmin product and even though we got our wires crossed about the specific model, he facilitated the whole process of me getting the watch I wanted with a great attitude. He even gave me some pointers about the watch and how to navigate its corresponding app!

Great store. Good prices. Cool staff. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a tune up and ended up getting sweet shoes and a versatile kid carrier. Owner Marcello is a really cool guy. Highly recommend. They also rent bikes.
