I work just down the street from this shop, and decided to stop in for an impromptu tire swap on my road bike. The store is quaint, but well stocked. And the service...exceptional. I was attended to right away. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I went in thinking I needed a new tire, but rather than take advantage of my ignorance, they saved my money and swapped only my tube. The repair was instantaneous, which got me in and out in a matter of minutes. Miami needs more shops like Victor's.
I will only do my repairs here from now on. Amazing service. The place is small but the staff is great. Went in got my rear Dallaire adjusted and bike is shifting very smooth. Thank you so much!!
Excellent and efficient service provided by staff at fair rates. If you need any sort of maintenance the staff has the tools and skill set to provide them.
I decided to visit it due the good reviews I read here and I wasn't disappointed. Fast service and very inexpensive. I came for a problem with a flat tire and ultimately I got a small round check up. Definitely I Wil return.
