Am really sorry for writing such a long review/post but I wanted to write because someone should not be effected like me. I kindly request budget to keep experienced people at least at customer facing which will impact whole organization.
This lady (IBIS SANTANA, Manager at Budget Location) was very rude and very mean to customers and she never explained me the breakdown of the charges even I asked her. She was just very super-fast in jus billing me. She printed me the bill and saying thanks for choosing budget have a great day (interrupting my conversation with her), she is ending the conversation. She pissed me off with her wild behavior to me.
I walked to the same location on 5/30 at 12:15PM and there was a line inside and my turn came up with the locations manager, she handover the keys to someone and asked to do inspection, by the time she came up post inspections was again 15 min to print out the final receipt, so I came in at 12:15PM, for my turn it took 5 more minutes and for inspection its took 15-20 more minutes and for printing receipt it took 5 more minutes so finally around 12:45-12:50PM she charged me for one day rental and LDW, and when I asked for it she was saying am 40min late to return the vehicle.

Am writing this review on one this budget locations manager IBIS SANTANA.
f. I asked for her business card and she never responded for that I got it myself from the counter.
b. She wasted my another hour while dropping off the car by charging me over made me to wait another hour
This is a quiet Budget car rental. You can also rent trucks from here. There was no line when renting or returning. There are a few policies that differ at this location from corporate, so call ahead for debit card rentals. They do have new cars with low miles but be careful leaving the area because with all the warehouses I think that is where I got a nail in the tire. (Sad face)

I booked Elite SUV from 5/26 12:30PM to 5/30 12:30PM online through my AARP Membership. I went into the location to pick up my vehicle at 12pm, she printed me out the receipt at 12.08pm and picked up my car, post inspection I found out car was not washed and not vacuumed inside. I asked one of the representative to clean and vacuum, he suggested me that would take 30-40 min, I had no option to leave with, I handover the car to him and after everything and I left budget parking lot at 1PM.
e. Simply over charged me for no reason.
d. I lost my ride back to work.
Clearly keeping all things in view I would say she is incapable of the role she is designated to:

I was charged for 1hr rental (39.75) and one day LDW (32.99) just because am 25 min late. I know rental cars agreements and conditions as am using these rental cars from past 5-6 years here in United States.

I came to return the vehicle in correct time between 12:15 and 12:30PM. But their process and wait times and higher made me to late 30 min which she was arguing but the fact is still am on time.

Super service and workers
So keeping that 30 min delay, she charged for extra hour charge for the vehicle and one day of LDW. I still said ok and asked for car let me keep one more day and return the car the next day as she already charged me but she refused to give me as she was saying she closed the contract.
a. She wasted my whole hour while picking up the car (as car was not neat made me to wait extra hour)
I left budget parking lot at 1pm (though computer receipt time says 12:08PM but after that there were many issues like car wash and vacuum meaning I didn’t have keys in my hand yet) officially I left at 1PM because of that managers incapability of maintaining the cars and providing proper service to customers.
I do believe budget would have some buffer time for all these so that customer would not be over charged/suffer for no reason.
