Great Selection in the emerald aisle. The best thing about National is the emerald option. I landed in Miami and every car rental company had a line up of people waiting to pick up their rental and National was empty as always so I walked straight passed the counter as I always do, Got into the car I wanted and drove off. Amazing set up!
Very fast and courteous service at all stages of your rental (pick up, choosing vehicle and returning). Good rewards program as well.
Excellent!!! I usually rent a car from other companies and this is the first time I rent with National, it was a completely different experience!!! The staff was great, so kind and did everything to help, even though I didn't have any problems. Brand new car, even gave me complimentary cold water bottles when they new I was going to travel 300 miles and had a kid with me. Definitely a great company with employees that are committed to do they job very well. Congrats
I "thought" I had reserved a car that seated 6 over the phone, but when I got to the desk to pick it up in Miami, the car only seated 5. The women at the front desk who waited on me was tremendously helpful, polite, professional, and wound up meeting my needs beautifully and cheerfully. (Left me smiling instead of crying.) Then when I got down to the lot to pick up the car, it was black. I really like a white or red car so folks can see me on the road. I asked if it was possible to change colors and again, the folks down in the lot were friendly and changed the color without making me feel like I was asking for too much at all. I don't usually publicly post anything, but they were all so awesome at National at the Miami airport, I just had to say THANK YOU!!!

Emerald Club member. Smooth pick-up and return as usual. It's a long walk from the terminal to the MIA mover tram that takes you to the rental center. I like this better than waiting for a shuttle bus. But just be aware that it's a long walk with bags.
